This all-natural soap has a very strong herbal scent, and is packed with the goodness of cucumber, aloe, and pure basil essential oil. Because this soap is so strongly scented, many people don't care for it, while others really love it. To help you decide, it smells very strongly of basil (the essential oil used), so if you like the smell of basil, you will most likely be happy with the scent of this bar.
We chose to use basil essential oil because of its many believed benefits for skin, such as its ability to reduce inflammation, fight bacteria, restrain free radicals, reduce chronic skin ailments like acne and eczema, enhance collagen production, and improve metabolism of skin cells.
