$7 (plus shipping charges unless you choose local pickup during checkout) will be billed to your payment method each month until you cancel your subscription, which can be done at any time.
If gifting to a loved one, make sure to use the address of the person you are gifting the subscription to in the shipping information section. Under the billing information section, make sure to use your own address, that way your payment method won't get declined for the zip codes not matching.
